Schwerin (near Teupitz) is only one hour away from the metropolis of Berlin and the Brandenburg state capital Potsdam with its diverse cultural and artistic life and is very easy to reach. There is a very good traffic connection to the motorway A13, the bus and the regional train, station Groß Köris. To the airport Berlin-Brandenburg (BER), to Königs Wusterhausen or to the Spreewald one needs only about 30 min.

The holiday home Drei am Zemminsee is located directly on the southern shore of the lake Zemminsee, in Zemminer Weg 4, in 15755 Schwerin (near Teupitz) and contains 3 fully equipped holiday apartments, each with the same floor plan. These apartments are on top of each other in the ground floor, upper floor and attic. In the ground floor and upper floor the holiday flats each have 75 square meters of living space, the holiday flat in the top floor covers 60 square meters.  The property borders with its lawn directly at the lake and offers natural water sports and bathing possibilities.

In the Brandenburg region south of Königs Wusterhausen, between Berlin and the Spreewald, the multitude of natural lakes alternates with extensive forests and meadows. In this landscape lies Schwerin, together with the immediate neighbours Groß Köris and Teupitz. Already at the time of the Germanic tribes this region was demonstrably populated. They were followed by settlers and lumberjacks, later Kosätten and lords of the castle. The reports by Theodor Fontane about his wanderings through the Brandenburg Mark date back to the time of the touristic discovery of the region at the beginning of the 20th century. He described the neighbouring town of Teupitz and Lake Teupitz in a separate chapter. The experiences had left a lasting impression on him. Today, everyone can experience the natural beauty of this Dahme Lakeland. Again and again new details and perspectives can be discovered, especially in the nature park Dahme-Heideseen. Schwerin lies on the edge of this 590 sqkm nature park and is almost surrounded by lakes. The lakes belong to a chain of lakes that begins with Lake Teupitz and continues via Lake Zemmin to Lake Dahme in the direction of Berlin.
