The apartment in the attic offers a wonderful wide view over the lake and the  surrounding area. The roof slopes reach to the floor and the living space is about 60 sqm. The apartment includes a combined bed-, living- and dining room, a bedroom or children's room, a kitchen with pass-through to the dining area and a bathroom. All rooms are heated by underfloor heating, all floors are covered with ceramic tiles.

 

All apartments are non-smoking and allergy-friendly. Pets are therefore not possible.
 

Television reception is via Astra satellite, telephone and Internet access via LAN and WiFi are available free of charge in accordance with the general terms and conditions and house rules.

For more space, these beds can be stacked on top of each other.
