In the apartment on the ground floor, the transition from the inside to the outside is hardly noticeable due to the ground-floor panorama glazing. The apartment has approx. 75 sqm of living space and has a combined bed-, living- and dining room, a bedroom or children's room, a kitchen with hatch to the dining area and a bathroom. The underfloor heating in all rooms of the holiday flats creates a pleasant room climate. All floors are covered with ceramic tiles.
All apartments are non-smoking and allergy-friendly. Pets are therefore not possible.
Television reception is via Astra satellite, telephone and Internet access via LAN and WiFi are available free of charge in accordance with the general terms and conditions and house rules.
The living area with leather-covered seating area and coffee table offers a nice view of the lake and a direct transition to the terrace and the outdoor area.

In this apartment there are in the combined bed-, living- and dining room and in the bedroom or children's room in each case two cupboard beds. These cupboard beds can also be individually closed or opened as desired.
In addition to the leather-covered suite with coffee table, there is a large dining table in the combined bed-, living- and dining room overlooking the lake.
The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator including freezer compartment, 4 plate ceran hob, oven, microwave, extractor hood, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker as well as crockery, pots, pans, cutlery, etc. The dining area and the kitchen are directly connected by a pass-through.
The bathroom includes washbasin, WC, hairdryer, bathroom cupboard, towel rail and shower.
Here both cupboard beds are folded out in the bedroom or children's room. Opposite the beds is a wardrobe.
There is a wardrobe opposite the beds.
The corridor with coat rack offers central access to all rooms of the apartment and to the central staircase.
