The apartment on the upper floor offers a special view of the outside surroundings and the lake through the wide panorama glazing. The apartment has approx. 75 sqm living space and comprises a combined bed-, living- and dining room, a bedroom or children's room, a kitchen, including hatch to the dining area, and a bathroom. All rooms have underfloor heating, the floors are covered with ceramic tiles.
All apartments are non-smoking and allergy-friendly. Pets are therefore not possible.
Television reception is via Astra satellite, telephone and Internet access via LAN and WiFi are available free of charge in accordance with the general terms and conditions and house rules.
In the living area of this apartment there is a leather-covered seating area with coffee table and panoramic view of the lake.

In the combined bed-, living- and dining-room and in the bedroom or children's room there are two cupboard beds available. These cupboard beds can also be individually closed or opened as desired.
In addition to the seating area with coffee table, there is a large dining table in the combined bed-, living- and dining room with a view of the lake.
The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator including freezer compartment, 4 plate ceran hob, oven, microwave, extractor hood, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker as well as crockery, pots, pans, cutlery, etc. The dining area and the kitchen are directly connected by a pass-through.
The bathroom includes washbasin, WC, hairdryer, bathroom cupboard, towel rail and shower.

In case of bad weather the cabinet beds can also be folded up. Then there is plenty of space for children to play. Opposite the beds there is a wardrobe.

The corridor with coat rack offers central access to all rooms of the apartment and to the central staircase.
