The holiday home Drei am Zemminsee provides its guests and the contractually agreed accompanying persons with the respective apartment(s) in accordance with the descriptions on these Internet pages and the general terms and conditions and house rules

 

Each apartment has 60 sqm or 75 sqm, includes a very spacious combined bed-, living- and dining room, a spacious bedroom or children's room, a kitchen and a bathroom and is comfortably equipped with

  • 4 beds, i.e. 2 beds each in the bedroom or children's room and 2 beds in the combined bed-, living- and dining room, on the ground floor and upper floor as cupboard beds with cold foam mattresses, on the top floor as stackable beds each with innerspring mattress 90 cm x 200 cm,

  • panoramic glazing in the lake-side combined room,

  • leather-covered armchairs and coffee table in the sitting area,

  • dining area with large table and chairs,

  • LED television (Astra satellite),

  • parlour games,

  • wardrobe / closet in the bedroom or children's room,

  • fitted kitchen with refrigerator including freezer compartment, 4 ceran hot-plates, oven, microwave, exhaust hood, dishwasher, crockery, pots, pans, cutlery, toaster, kettle, coffee machine,

  • toilet, washbasin, shower, electric hairdryer, bathroom cupboard and towel rail in the bathroom,

  • coat rack in the corridor,

  • curtains / drapes as darkening possibility in the lake-side room, window blinds in the kitchen and in the bedroom or children's room,

  • Underfloor heating in all rooms,

  • electric sockets with child safety lock,

  • insect screens on windows,

  • extensive information folder.

The outdoor area contains:

  • a large lawn for sunbathing reaching directly to the lake,

  • seating groups with garden table and garden chairs,

  • relax loungers,

  • a charcoal grill,

  • a sandbox,

  • an annexe (can be used for parking e.g. sports equipment),

  • car parking spaces,

  • a dryer rack,

whose use is included in the price.

 

The indicated price includes

  • heating, electricity, water,

  • the final cleaning,

  • basic consumables in the bathroom,

  • basic consumable in the kitchen,

  • the sales tax (VAT),

and the use of

  • 1 set of bed linen per person (the beds are covered on arrival),

  • 1 shower towel and 1 towel per person,

  • dishtowels,

  • Internet access via LAN and WiFi-access point,

  • the landline telephone on the ground and upper floors for free landline calls within Germany.


In special arrangement we provide for children

  • 1.2 m x 0.6 m children's travel cot / baby bed with mattress and sheet,

  • a diaper-changing pad,

  • a potty and

  • a highchair for children and

  • various toys for indoor and outdoor use

free of charge.
