Here is a selection of recommendations and suggestions for activities starting from your apartment:
Swimming: You can enter the lake from the lawn. A public swimming area is five minutes away.
Boating: It is possible to borrow pedal boats or motorboats without the need for a special license in the surrounding. For great excursions across the lakes a passenger ship departs from Teupitz. You are also welcome with an own boat (rubber boat, canoe, Canadian, kayak, surfboard....; for engine and sail boats an agreement with us is necessary). lake Teupitzer See
Fishing: Fishing is well possible in the Brandenburg lakes.
Riding: There are several possibilities for equestrian sports on high level in the surrounding.
Enjoyment: Use the conveniently equipped kitchens to prepare common meals and enjoy the eating and drinking at the big dining table beautifully laid. If you want to try out regional food, you will find various restaurants in beautiful surroundings, many of them offer you also a delivering-service.
Relaxing:In summer you can relax on the sunbathing lawn. Especially in winter, the generous view of the lake is always an experience. You can escape the everyday hustle and bustle and relax while reading your good book or plan your next excursions. The board games in the apartments also offer entertainment in the evening. For families with small children we also offer a selection of toys for indoor and outdoor use.

Oaks up to 300 years old can be found in the historic oak forest area of the "Dubrow" southwards from the town Königs Wusterhausen. In the 12th century it was used as a "herding oak forest". In winter the farm animals grazed the acorns. In the 17th to 19th centuries the area became the royal hunting ground. In this long time, a population of up to 8 cm large stag beetles has developed. According to the Red List of Germany, this beetle species is a "strongly endangered" animal species. Stag beetles usually prefer dead tree stumps of oaks with a certain degree of decomposition, corresponding light conditions and proximity to an existing population as breeding sites. These conditions are still present in Dubrow. Around mid-June there is a rare opportunity to see these stag beetles in Dubrow.
But also other beautiful motives can be found in the extensive species and wildlife rich areas, in particular in the nature park Dahme-Heideseen, the Dubrow and the Mochheide.
